Winter Roars in with New Home Sales at Capital Pacific Real Estate

The winter winds and rain of February didn’t dampen the spirits of homebuyers who flocked to the three communities of Capital Pacific Real Estate (CPRE). A steady stream visited the Iron Horse, Calder Ranch and Gallery Oaks neighborhoods, with many purchasing the same day.

This level of anticipation for new home sales hasn’t been seen in awhile. For the past few years, construction of new home starts had come to a standstill industry-wide, so the fact that we have new homes for sale in Fillmore and Menifee is truly exciting for area residents.

Pent-up demand from homebuyers literally fueled CPRE’s best sales month in the past year. We’re definitely seeing an increase in consumer confidence as evidenced by our sales activity. When homebuyers show up in rain coats and galoshes, you know they mean business.
